I had just bought myself a longboard skateboard and decided that in order for me to cruise from point A to point B, I had to first practice. So I started going up and down my street. It was all going quite well, until I decided to add a little more speed and a little more thrill by going down an incline. It wasn't fairly steep, but the street curved a little and I was bad at turning. With all those factors combined, it was inevitable that I was going to fall. I started down the incline decently, but I felt myself losing control, managed to stumble off the still moving skateboard and then proceeded to skid along the asphalt. Fortunately the only injury I got was a bad asphalt burn on my elbow which formed into a nice battle scar.
