1. I saw The Karate Kid. I had a huge crush on Ralph Machio.
2. My dog Amos died of a brain tumor.
3. My grandfather couldn't take care of me anymore. He was an alcoholic and my step-grandmother had left him. She dropped me off at the top of the driveway of my aunt and uncle's house in San Mateo. I don't remember her saying goodbye.
4. I went to my first therapy session with Michael. He gave me a copy of an Isaac Asimov book that I've yet to read. But, I was flattered.
5. I went to Moffett Field with my 5th grade class. I spent all year wanting to be a fighter pilot or an astronaut.
