Bristol-based artists Tom Stubbs and Lucy Bailey collaborated with a group of developmentally disabled adults and a group of school-children to create a series of videos for Assignment 13: Re-create the moment after a local crime. The Arnolfini Gallery theater was packed with the participants and all of their movies were screened, more than fifty in total.
